KKC, a leading logistics company, sought to digitize its operations and gain real-time visibility
over fleets, drivers, and journeys. They needed a mobile-first solution that worked seamlessly
both online and offline, while being accessible to their Urdu-speaking workforce.
Objectives:
- Build a complete logistics system with driver and admin interfaces.
- Enable real-time journey tracking, logging, and geolocation.
- Support offline-first functionality with auto-sync.
