Project Overview:

KKC, a leading logistics company, sought to digitize its operations and gain real-time visibility over fleets, drivers, and journeys. They needed a mobile-first solution that worked seamlessly both online and offline, while being accessible to their Urdu-speaking workforce.

Objectives:

  • Build a complete logistics system with driver and admin interfaces.
  • Enable real-time journey tracking, logging, and geolocation.
  • Support offline-first functionality with auto-sync.
  • Provide role-based access/permissions for multiple admins./li>
  • Localize the driver app in Urdu for workforce accessibility.

Scope of Work:

  1. Mobile Driver App : ourney logging with start/restart/stop/finish actions, geolocation tracking, offline-first data storage (Hive), and auto-sync.
  2. Web Admin Panel : Role-based access for multiple admins to manage journeys, vehicles, drivers, clients, and third-party logistics.
  3. Admin Mobile App : Lightweight tool for creating, assigning, approving, and declining journeys on the go.
  4. Localization : Implemented Urdu language support for their workforce.
  5. System Architecture : Designed with offline-first workflows to ensure reliability in low-connectivity environments.

Results:

By digitizing KKC’s journey management, we helped cut delays by 55% and reduced unauthorized stops and route deviations by 43% through real-time tracking and status updates. Role-based workflows accelerated journey approvals and starts by 60%, while our offline-first sync eliminated downtime from poor connectivity. ‍
